Google Analytics can’t see AI crawlers — they don’t run JavaScript. AIBOT Detect watches them on your server and proves who they are.
Each visit is checked against the company’s published IP list — OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, Microsoft, Apple and more — or confirmed reverse DNS.
Count visitors who clicked a link in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot, and see the exact pages they landed on.
Know why a bot came: answering someone right now, indexing for AI search, or collecting for training.
Add every website you run. Each can hold several domains — .com, .in, staging — shown together or one at a time.
See which pages each AI platform reads most, so you know what it learns about you — and what it never sees.
A drop-in PHP snippet, a one-line JavaScript tag, or simply upload your server’s access log — no code change needed.

Analytics tools run in the visitor’s browser with JavaScript. AI crawlers fetch the page’s HTML and leave — the script never runs. AIBOT Detect sees the request on your server instead.
OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, Microsoft, Apple, DuckDuckGo, Mistral and Common Crawl publish the IP ranges their bots use. We download them daily and check every visit. For Google, Bing, Apple and Amazon we also confirm reverse DNS both ways.
No. Ordinary visits are not stored at all. For people arriving from AI answers we keep only the page and which assistant they came from — never their IP address. Only bots’ addresses are kept, to prove who they are.
No. The PHP snippet reports after the page has been sent, with a 2-second limit, and only for bots and AI visitors. The JavaScript tag uses the browser’s background beacon. Log import doesn’t touch your site at all.
